Nuns Speak Out for Health Reform!

I was elated reading, “Listen to the Nuns,” E.J. Dionne’s column in the Washington Post. … This is all the most noteworthy because of the current Vatican investigation [of U.S. nuns]. That (as far we know – and we don’t know much) has nothing to do with health care reform, but it could have led to overly cautious behavior. Instead my sisters decided to go for broke and help save the health care of millions in the process. Wow! Do you suppose Members of Congress can match that courage?

Those women are cool! I cannot say the same for Stupak.

He is so eager to ‘protect life’ that he wants millions of American citizens to forego affordable and accessible health care services just to prove a ‘point’.

I wonder if any of his constituents, when having to deal with ever-mounting health care bills, will feel thankful to him.
