Andrew Garber is a counsel in the Brennan Center’s Voting Rights and Elections Program. He litigates voting rights cases, advises lawmakers and administrators on voting legislation and policy, researches election law trends, and develops legal theories and policy proposals on a host of voting issues. He has appeared as a contributor for CNN, ABC News Live, and NPR. His work is frequently cited in national and local news outlets. Garber holds a BA in political science from Villanova University and a JD from Columbia Law School.
