This week, Donald Trump’s sexist, racist, xenophobic and overall hateful tweet rant targeting Reps. Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley—the so-called “Squad”—took the internet by storm. The four senators, along with an outcry of support from other members of Congress, stood up to Trump, showing the United States what leadership and strength truly look like.

Here are our favorite Squad and Squad-supportive Instagram photos this week:

One-fourth of the “Squad” and Massachusetts representative Ayanna Pressley responded directly to Trump (whom she iconically referred to as “occupant of the White House”) with this incredible speech and powerful post. Pressley stated their squad is ANYONE fighting for a just world, making it clear they will not be silenced. Now this is a message we can get behind.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi called for both Democrats and Republicans to step up and speak out against Trump’s racist tweets, stating, “Doing anything less would be a shocking rejection of our values and a shameful abdication of our oath of office to protect the American people.” *claps*

Another fourth of the squad, Michigan representative Rashida Tlaib stood proud of her Palestinian roots, refusing to back down to a “racist bully.” She also reminded voters of what really matters—the policies she was elected to enact—further reiterating that the President’s rhetoric is only meant to divide and distract the nation. We stand with you!

Rapper Cardi B joined in on the “Squad” support, captioning this photo of lhan Omar with a Beyoncé quote—making this the ultimate women-supporting-women post.

Feminist baker and social media phenomenon Becca Rea-Holloway is known for her fantastic statement desserts. Becca didn’t let us down this week when she punched back at Trump’s comments through this deliciously powerful cookie in support of Omar.
