Author: Antonia Martinelli

Antonia Martinelli is a mom of three children who has lived in Brooklyn since 1997. She founded TheMomtropolis as an exploration of the next phase of motherhood (post-baby), but instead Antonia has thrown herself into hot local topics such asjogging, raccoon invasions, and religious statuary. She has also covered more serious topics such as school segregation. And you may have seen her quoted in the New York Times and The Atantic! However the aim of The Momtropolis is to bridge Brooklyn’s new breed of Mom and Pop shops with its burgeoning start-up community by exploring issues and culture, some serious, some not so much.
