Domale Keys is an assistant professor in the Department of Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies at the University of Virginia. Her book, For Our Survival, is forthcoming with the University of Illinois Press. Her work on Black women’s transnational organizing, nonviolent resistance, sexual violence and environmental activism is published in various journals.
