Theresa Kaka Effa is the Nigeria Country Representative for Champions for Change and is based in Abuja. An advocacy expert, Effa has led the formation and strengthening of several national and state level civil society networks. She has also participated in successful RMNCH policy formulation with numerous civil society and government stakeholders in Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts and a Master in Public Administration from the University of Calabar, as well as a degree in Mass Communication from the University of Abuja.
