No Time Limit on Equality: Tell Congress to Ratify the ERA!

The Equal Rights Amendment makes a simple promise: “Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of sex.

The 2018 election victories declared that feminists were a force to be reckoned with, and that we will not go back. But the fight goes on, and this is a critical moment for us to move forward and advance equality. That’s why Ms. and the Feminist Majority Foundation will be taking to the streets at Women’s Marches across the country this weekend to grow support for the Equal Rights Amendment—and demand that Congress remove the time limit for its ratification.

You don’t have to find our team in the crowd to take action: You can send your Representative and Senators an email today urging them to put women in the U.S. Constitution and help pass the ERA.

More than ever, it’s time for us to demand that the nation fulfill its promise of equality for all—and guarantee women the same.
