Golzar Selbe Naghshineh is the founder of NAPS. She built the program and intervention model while serving as Director of Prenatal and Postpartum Support at Downtown Women OBGYN. She is a trained psychoanalyst from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies and the Center for Group Studies in candidacy. She holds an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from The New School in New York and spent time as a feminist activist and filmmaker working to end violence against women.
