Steven Eisinger, M.D., graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1971, completed his OB/GYN residency at the University of Wisconsin in 1975, and joined the faculty of the University of Rochester in the Departments of OB/GYN and Family Medicine in 1977. He has a lifetime of experience as an abortion provider, starting in 1971 before Roe v. Wade. He participated on the research team that published a key article on mifepristone for abortion in 2001.
